Fortune shining through
Fortress of our youth
Only you know now
What is true now
Portraits long entombed
Portend all that’s doomed
All that you know now
You must prove now
Chorus:
Fly high
Burn it all, embrace the sun
Breathe life through the skies, no turning back
Fly high
Lose it all, and turn to stone
Breathe life through the sands of time
Far away enough to learn
My life was never really mine
My fears would cloud the sunset hours
Where the feathers touched the skies
What is true now
What I choose now

Masterful production - deep, slow enough and a feast for your headphones. Inspiring arrangements and soul-searching vocal performances from a vast array of styles and voices. It's a mega-album, a world of its own. Up there with all the greats of the symph-prog genre. I just can't have enough of it. I like the balance between drama and calmness - always keeps you on your toes, gasping for more peaks and highs. Bordering on perfection - almost the best thing ever done in the progressive world. One of my favorite Progressive albums of the year by far. It has the appropiate mix of mistery, complexity and surprise I expect of this kind of albums. With some gospel, saxo and flute passages giving a theatrical touch. Fantastic. josich

The Philly trio have been making technical but not impenetrable instrumental metal for nearly two decades. Their latest shreds, of course. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 8, 2016
